Help me

Help me I am having problems finding a company that will hire me because of my driving record. here is some background, I will be attending C1 in Indianapolis (if someone will give me a prehire) which will be paid of by the state. I have a 4 year old reckless driving charge on my record. Is there anyone that will hire me??

 

Help me I am having problems finding a company that will hire me because of my driving record. Here is some background, I will be attending C1 in Indianapolis (if someone will give me a prehire) which will be paid by the state (because I am unemployed). I have a 4 year old reckless driving charge on my record. Is there anyone that will hire me?? I called KLLM and they told me to call them after I get some experience. Does anyone know any company's that aren't so strict. Because the state is paying for my schooling I won't have to sign a year contract with a campany. Any help would be great.
