HELP need Refresher and pet friendly with no exp

I have had my CDL-A for nearly 2 yrs but no verifiable experience. I was on the road with my fiance since Dec 2013 and now want my own experience in my new life. The problem I am having is that I have a small dog and need the refresher coarse. The refresher coarse is a MUST. Having said that I will want to have my 4 legged companion with me asap once in my truck but also want to make sure that I will be with a company that is respectable enough for a starter company. Who knows..it might turn out to be a great company for me also.

I know that the following meet this criteria but would like to know if anyone knows of other companies and which is most likely a better choice:
KLLM/FFE
Celadon
Werner
FreyMiller ??? I have a call in to recruiting for more info

Thanks pattyj! Yep that is one thing that I remember from school and the truck stops during the last 4 years of really being in this industry. Other than that it was my childhood dream to be involved with trucks in one way or another but preferably driving.
