If you're accepted to join a major carrier's training program KNOWING you posess a 14 month old misdemeanor for a drug related offense, I'll meet you personally and you can video me eating my shorts and post it on YouTube.Lilbit Thanks this. -
I'm not looking to get on with a major carrier training program. I'm looking to find a pre-hire then go to a driving school. Thank you for the video offer but I'd rather not see your shorts, nor you eat them? -

I dont think its so much the trucking companies as is their insurance compaines. they are the ones that will be shelling out the mega bucks if there is a problem..

It could always be worse. On another note did you ever consider going to work at a trucking company as a office worker and transferring over to driving once they get to know you ? ( I don't even have a clue if thats possible by the way ) -
She sure has the attitude of a trucker.
Just say the job does hire you. You would have to stay with that company for years before other companies consider you. If the company fires you or goes out of business. You still stuck at square 1. A Cdl that hasn't been used in 3 months for the most part is garbage and you have to get a refresher course.
Also trucking is hard and requires that you listen to your instructors and if you are giving those who are giving you good sound advice attitude. How do you even expect to make it through training. Hope it works out for you in the long run. Good night.Lilbit Thanks this.
