I was traveling on the I-40 westbound on Thursday the 21 of August, between 2:30 and 3:00 about 30 miles from Holbrook, Az. As I was passing a dark blue cab semi, he decided to change lanes and ran me off the highway. I was in a grey Hyundai Santa Fe. I traveled about 200 feet off the highway but was able to maintain control without flipping the car. There were about 4 trucks traveling in the same area and saw the whole thing. I tried to get the trucks name but the only thing I saw was the name Erie, I think. If anyone has any information and witnessed the incident please contact me. We all all ok except for some reservations when driving. FYI, there was some damage to the front of the car that needs repair! Thank you

What type of trailer was attached to the truck?
    Van or reefer..big box
    Flatbed
    Or car transport trailer.

There’s a company with a name of Erie in it but they haul cars..that’s why I ask.

Give the police incident report to your insurance company. Maybe they have sources to look for the truck.
Check if state cameras recorded it.
