its a 99 379 ..changed relay switch inside the dash behind the fuel gage changed all fuses and plug in relays changed selenoid and starter still change key switch.. nothing,,,any thing else?

If you can get it into a shop and let it warm up... then use this to test around the truck to see what is causing the issues. It may require one person to sit in the cab.

Don't know about the Pete but some other brands have a fuse inside the battery box. Usually a spade type in an in-line fuse holder. Some trucks have more than one. Check inside the battery box.

Does the cab still have power like lights and Such, pull the left kick panel and pull the two screws holding the fuse box in and check the back side of the box petes have a common problem with leaky windshields could be moisture freezing on the back side of the breaker
