Help please, this truck is eating all my money

    Most definitely, you are 100% right, thank you for this input man. From the start I should of just never went to this mechanic, but I can't change anything now I'm just going to have to deal with the dealership at this point and yeah the warranty is gone, I had used it before on the transmission and I think I was only covered for that only once.

    My only problem now is, after I pay the dealer to fix the transmission, I have to take the transmission back to the mechanic because my truck is there and he has to put it back, I'm praying nothing goes wrong because otherwise I'm back to square one, and I don't know how to get the truck to the dealer because it's so far..

    57 miles, honestly a nightmare just when I think I'm saving money everything has to go wrong

    I would have the truck towed to where the transmission is being fixed. Let them install it. Do not, under any circumstances, let the original mechanic do any more work on your truck.
