I doubt they can stop schooling. But nobody is gonna hire a driver convicted of driving a cmv without a cdl, and flipping it to boot...

So many questions, so little time.

I'll start with WHY?!!! Just simply, why?! To everything. Why drive a truck without a CDL, and why are you going to school after this accident?

I drove without a cdl for over a year because I like paying my bills and don't want to go back to prison for going postal at McDonalds. Probably going to school now because his company is requiring him to, or he got fired and needs it for a new one.

To answer the OP: No it will not affect your schooling. If you lose your license for some reason from court though, you will not be getting your cdl at the end.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Well, I'm sorry, but that's just silly. Driving a truck without a CDL (we are talking about a truck that requires one) is EXTREMELY short sighted and would actually go against a persons long term goals.

And the reason I asked why CDL school now is because it sounded like it may be to help him in court with this situation. I didn't want to come out and say that because I try to be positive and take every situation the OP posts at face value.

So again, I ask the OP, simply why?

you, my friend, are screwed, blued, and tattooed. My advice would be to go home, and hide under the bed.

I hate to say this, but you're probably right. If the reason you're going to CDL school now is to help out with this situation- save your money. If it was indeed a truck that required a CDL to be driven that you flipped the only thing that will cure this is time.

Sorry to say that, but I do wish you luck and truly hope we're wrong!

Rollover is serious, but still, you have a chance with a second chance company.
These companies might hire you; do the online applications right now while you're still in cdl school:
    TransAm
    USA Truck
    Carolina Cargo
North American Midway Entertainment - Miami,FL
Note/advice - do the online applications before any phone calls. It's easier to get a job if they have your application on file before any phone calls.
