How much play is too much for the slack adjusters?

What documentation are you supposed to have with you at all times?

low air psi warning is for your brakes...not tires. and the correct answer is 55 psi, and a red light on the dash must come on, with optional buzzer :)

2" of play or less on slack adjusters. 1" is an acceptable answer since it is a better standard.

Steer axle is 4/32, drives are 2/32.

Always have your log updated, curret pre trip inspection, and any load documents or bills of lading.

you need to check the air pressure in the tires, and check to make sure your air compresser is building air fast enough, and check at what rate air leaks out of your air brake system with AND without the brakes applied...

    heres how to do a pre-trip: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...ivers/131546-proper-pre-trip-for-newbies.html
