I have "Truckin Pro 7 " it's really good. Easy to use and quick to put things in. You can download it online.

this is an accounting software program up on the excel format. you can download libreoffice for free to use it. the program itself is 28 per year as the dates are already set. if you try to use the same on the next year. it doesn't work out too well.

the trucknpro7 looks good though. but pricier. i'd recommend that one instead.

I have quick books, but doesn't seem "truck friendly" ..isn't there a software program that you can scan your receipts and it drops in right categories? Ugh that would be awesome! I use an ipad in truck,bc it not so bulky. So if the software and or scanner needs windows,I'm out of luck.

I have a laptop and all in one printer/scanner in the truck. Comes in handy!! Especially since I don't need to pay for faxes. The company or anyone else can just email me something, I print it, fill out or sign as needed, then scan it back in and email it back. It has saved me a lot!

yeah that's nice as far as "doing everyday business but the "scan and file" for receipts and loads would be GOD sent. That way when you finally get home, not so much time doing ppwk. And more time doing things you want to.
