Help unloading $ two cars in Littleton, Co missing my 2 second trailer ramp

    Yep about a foot or so it looks like. I drove a few goose necks in the oilfield where it was mounted behind the axle like that. Really sketchy handling, felt like the front end was floating

    Like driving an old Holmes 440 wrecker with wayyyyy to much weight on the sling and having to tap the brakes to go around corners. :eek::D

    I think he has one of those air ride adapters. They cause it to sit back a bit but it's actually hooked at the axle most likely.


    To the OP.. Go buy two 2x12's from one of the building supply stores and have them cut them to length. You can use them for makeshift ramps if you can figure a way to keep them from moving. It's not to bad getting the cars on with them but getting them off they will try to move, so you will need to have a way to secure the board to the trailer.

    The 2x12's will easily hold the weight of the cars but you have to figure out a way to secure them.
