HELP: want to move my trucking company

    Hello everybody,
    I want to move/transfer my authority/trucking company 100 miles away from my home in CA into NV. I am done with CA's rules and regulations. How can I make this happen? What are the steps, costs etc. to make this happen?

    "Another one bites the dust". Do you think your the only one ? Even though I thought about leaving Cali due to CARB, I'm sticking it out. I have my regular contacts I haul for and have been busy. I invested on the retrofit and it has paid for itself already. It won't be long before the government gets to the other states to follow. Are you running away from Cali due to CARB and/or the Elogs mandate for trucks 2000 and newer ?
