So, you bought an old truck, without knowing how to put it to work?
There are sticky's at the top of the page, with titles that will be of interest to you.
Sorry to say it, but you are already in a losing battle. Not knowing what revenue it is going to make, what you need to make it legal, what you need to get your authority, and so on.
Best of luck to you though.

OODIA has a good guide for what is needed for setting up your own operating authority at http://www.ooida.com/BenefitsServices/Services/docs/AuthorityBookRevision4-24-2012.pdf .
It is worth a read as well as the sticky on this forum that Martin mentioned -
Hope you don't have any payments ....... If you do, hope you have plenty of cash in the bank ....

Ubu beat me to it. check that link out. if you have customers line up there are several companies that will help you out getting all your paperwork set up right the first time. cheaper to do the paperwork yourself, but i like the done right for a few hundred bucks extra approach, at least the first time.
