Certainly no "jealousy" on my part, been at it far too long for that.
My point was though, that you bought a business (the truck) with no idea of how to run that business (paperwork etc).
As I said, best of luck, but to me it seemed the wrong way of doing it. A person would normally find out what he/she needs before making a purchase.

Although it is more money i would suggest using a company that does all the start up for you, much easier What about a trailer and when you do your research i believe there are some differences in hauling logs than with a regular for hire authority. Best of luck and when you get frustrated which you will just step back and take a deep breath. Insurance is different to for logging trucks. If you get a flatbed that opens up your availabilty.

a 94 freight liner that was used for hauling logs for 2k? is there anything left of the truck? logging is very hard on a truck.
