    I
    2010 D13 723k 10speed
    I have a code Mid 128 PSID 98 FMI 1

Thats the Boost Air Pressure System.
I replaced the sensor near the CAC and egr come together but still gettimg this code. Could it be the sensor on the intake manifold itself or do I have another issue.

depending on what motor you have I have the D12 and the boost sensor is located on top of the intake manifold

10 d 13 i believe came with two sensors one on top of cac pipe and one on intake manifold that measures intake temp and the one on top of cac pipe measures boost psi. make sure no leak on connections if code still comes on then need to start checking turbo and egr operation possible one of them is affecting your boost psi.

You most likely have air leak somewhere on the intake manifold......spray with windex all air pipes- especially around clamps and i hope you find it

You replaced the turbo recently? Probably not the sensors but something else. Start at the beginning unfortunately and work your way from there. I had the same thing a little while ago and it was a clamp that came a little loose. I assume that you checked all that so it could be a leak from when the repair was done and it came loose or a pin hole developed. Grunt work and very time consuming to find.

Before you look at sensors, you need to look at the mechanicals. Check for leaks.
