Ok, so I just got turned down by Schneider Bulk because of a 2015 improper lane change accident in my personal vehicle. I disclosed everything and they said I don't meet the hiring criteria. So my question, who will hire me with that on my record? It was almost 3 years ago and I've taken defensive driving courses like Smith System. I am 24, have all my endorsements, no restrictions and no criminal record, just that on my mvr. Please help.

Once the incident is 3 years old, not almost 3 years old, many companies can hire 3. 3 years is a magic threshold for MVR items, it seems.
Search the new driver forum. It's a pretty common question. Plenty of companies can hire you.DuvalKid Thanks this. -
Ok, thank you so much. I can rest easy knowing that because I thought I was screwed out of this career that I take seriously.

There's a few companies that will bend their rules on the accident.
Western Express
Carolina Cargo
TransAm
Roadtex Transportation
USA Truck
Freymiller
Senn Freight Lines
Paschall Truck Lines -
I don't understand where a lane change whoopsie becomes a Extinction Level Event vs a Trucker. What are they doing to you young ones in class these days to get that stressed about things that will fall off in 3 years or a few more.
Schneider to be fair did not wake up this morning and say "Ima fixing to burn so and so today har har har" come on they must be dealing with like 50,000 people and two times that wanna drive for thm.
You are young at 24. All I can tell you is that you got probably a good 30 to 50 years of trucking left if you are lucky.

Somewhere there has to be a better source of these things so that the direct link does not get piggybacked and destroyed by irrelevant material. -
Are you lookin for otr or local? Some local companies will give you a chance

You'll probably get a few job offers from that list in Post #6
Do the online apps, then follow up with a phone call. Call and say, "I'm checking on my job application."
