Help with lowering blood pressure. Do a week before.

Well, I have been busy cleaning the house now that my husband is back to work. I came here to give an update on Marten Transportation and I am happy to see that you all are getting amusement out of this! He didn't pass his physical on the first day. He has white coat syndrome. Hence, the reason I researched and posted this. The Dr. then promptly took away his brand new 2 years medical card. Lousy B..... is all I have to say about that. We spent around $200 to get it. So, the next day he ate a banana, which he hated, he says they taste like mold. He's not big on fruits and vegetables in general btw. He also took some aspirin with him. When he went in they took his blood pressure and it was high, he said, now wait a minute, let me take a little walk and get myself together. All he did was take two aspirin and talk to someone about fishing. 20 minutes later they took it again and he passed! Thank god!!! So, if all else fails and you don't have time to do all the things in the article. Take 2 aspirin, not Tylenol, aspirin, 20-30 minutes before. It should help!
