The one I drive lists a 216 inch wheelbase, and that is what I verified by measuring.

You needing to run 65 at a lower RPM you need a higher ratio, but basically you have the highest ratio now, so you need a overdrive transmission, but that swap will be very costly, since you are starting with a auto shift( you are missing many parts) . Whoever speced this truck missed the mark or wanted to run at 60 MPH. Swapping tires may drop your cruising RPM (maybe ) 200 .

Is higher ratio will give a power too?

Lower ratio will pull better than a higher ratio. But a lower ratio (3.70) will give you more RPM than (2.64) will, given all else equal.
