24300 - 15960 = 8340lbs load weight.
Take the wagon back & have it re stickered for 13,700 lbs. Have to make full use of the 26,000lbs non CDL hotshot allows. That way you'll have a payload of 10,040lbs. Even that will be a rough, but only 8340lb on deck will be a real struggle..
Also take the bed off the truck, & ditch any auxiliary fuel cell you may have on board.? Almost 16k lb tare weight for that setup sounds like a pig. I'd like to see a tare weight of 13k-14k lbs personally..
