Help with polishing fuel tanks!

    Cheese cloth is an open fiber cloth that picks up dust and dirt. Body shops use it before painting.

    After you are done polishing, don't forget to put some wax on those tanks!

    after i get done polishing i like to spray rain x on my tanks and wheels it seems to make the polish job last longer

    Biggest mistake people make with different polish compounds is cross contamination of buffing media by using only one cloth or buffing wheel for multiple compounds.

    Best way...PAY a pro for the first cut usually $15-$30 a tank WITH A BUFFER! Then do them your self!
