Help!

Hi, I just got my permit yesterday and passed gen knowledge, air brakes and combination. I’m a rookie when it comes to all of this so I don’t know if I’m just stupid but I’m seeing on my permit under “commercial/medical restrictions” it says “L/1”. I know the “1” is for my corrective lenses but am confused why there is an L since I passed air brakes? Can someone clarify if I got screwed or if I’m just stupid. The lady down at the dmv seemed new because she was confused to the whole cdl permit process and needed to ask other employees for help multiple times which is making me think she messed up my permit and I’m gonna have to go back down there to get it fixed.
