Henderson getting worse by the day

The loads at Henderson are getting worse by the day. If you do get a load that covers 1200 miles they will give you 4 days to cover it. Believe me they are famous for giving you a 300 mile load after you have been sitting a day and than tell you it has 2 days to deliver . The dispatchers are liars especially one named Cindy she is also stuck on stupid. And just imagine they only have 400 power units imagine if they had more. They brought in this genius new Ops mgr he at first comes in on his high horse talking about how he is gonna fix things and that he has 30 yrs experience. Yeah ok things have gotten worse since he has been there he likes to preach about being responsible and being on time which I am sure 95% are but he cannot answer or explain the dumb dispatches they give out. Henderson does not appear to have alot of customers outside of Unilever, Tyson and Conway. Not a good company to work for.
