I’d say there’s a better chance that they just swapped the signs on the truck like a lot of the Amazon trucks do than an actual typo in the system.
There’s a viral video of a guy switching company signs and DOT numbers at a truckstop and if you look up the numbers 2 of the 3 aren’t authorized and the addresses listed come back to strip malls.D.Tibbitt, Arctic_fox and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
I suspect this is a bigger problem than they wanna ever admit…chimbotano, ducnut, D.Tibbitt and 3 others Thank this.

I dont disagree simply pointing out little things like that can sink a case. I always get parinoid when facts line up a little too nicely to what i figured happened or my preconcieved notions and try to poke holes into them before i accept it fully at face value regardless of my feelings.D.Tibbitt, hope not dumb twucker and Long FLD Thank this.

Holy crap people, put the helmet on for this one! May want to have the drool cup handy also. This is a safety issue!
Now that Deedee blew your mind with this deep state secret..Take a moment and breathe into a paper bag.. I got something you’re truly not going to believe.
Having a 1/1/xx birthdate is actually quite common for asylum seekers, immigrants yada yada. There’s literally a ton of information on the subject available to read.
Seriously, this is some really goofy crap you’re posting..
Good grief, get some help

This is not factual..it’s pure lunacy.

Just curious, is there a way to upload the case filing for the lawsuit(s)? I can get copies of them and post them if so, if anybody is curious. It's public record. The person who posted saying the stuff that's been plastered here, that she won't share it for the victims or family, she's not different than us. We are the public, too.
If you want to view the records yourself, you can. You just have to sign up at research.txcourts.gov which is free to register. But you will have to pay for any filings you can download. I believe registration with this site may also give you access to file a lawsuit using an efile provider, if you ever need to do in the state of Texas. I could be wrong about that, though.Last edited: Mar 26, 2025

I am sure it would take something like that for sure. One suit is 17 pages and the other is 20 pages. Those are pretty short I suppose considering the number of victims and such. The first couple pages are usually just formality regarding the parties, discovery control plan, service. The rest though is what we like to call "nuts and bolts" of the "juicy" stuff.
I personally am not a lawyer, but I imagine either or maybe both suits are going to allege gross negligence.
