Im only as in the loop as i am because i have a few cop friends who have shared some of the BS they have had to deal with. And my cigar group has a few centrists who post up this #### we like to discuss when we get into discord together.

I do know my one cop friend was #####ing he pulled over a truck that had 15 people in the trailer and 8 in the cab. Travel trailer to be clear. All had basically the same ID with either a male or female name and their photo. Same id number, same height weight barcode on the back ect. Though he cant tell me any more then that since the case went to a diffrent department. He THINKS they were made off a stolen ID since they all came up in the system. But he cant be sure either since the case went way past him by that point. He just booked em.

Hence why i give any weight to the alligations at all. But again not enough facts. I absolutely belive that fake IDs are as common as sand at a beach. But if they were handed out. Harder to say and im unsure which would be worse. Fake real IDs or real fake IDs.

 

FMCSA and DOT are aware of companies and corporations employs people who come legally, just like this guy, to USA thanks to corrupted politics and politicians. those big companies and corporations claim drivers shortage and pay politicians with all the money they make off your hard work, so they can bring cheap labor from poor and third world countries.
unfortunately, most of us continue working for those big companies and corporations. WE must stop working for them until they change their ways of doing business in America. they need us , we don't need them!!

Reading sadly is one of my addiction’s, lol.
Started reading heavily about 20 years ago..Mostly enjoy reading about American history, science and astronomy…although I try to stay away from the ancient alien stuff. Guess I went through a period years ago that I just felt like a complete dope Now I got a head full of useless information if you ever need an answer to something off the wall

The thing about these civil suits and awards is that they’re designed to send a message. A judgement of 1 million for a 3 billion dollar company is just a minor business expense business as usual. Put a million dollar judgment against a one truck operation and it becomes devastating to the company. Basically it’s a progressive system.
Kind of like how Germany assesses traffic fines..it is based on your income.



The tort reform is just another way to reward corporations and shutting down any chance of suing them. I’m not one to freely give up my rights.

 

Could be the ID was stolen. I am not sure about my brother in laws workplace, if the ID did come up, or if they were just really good fake ID's. I don't imagine they did much of a background check or they would have caught this sooner, I would imagine. I just know he said they had to pull both guys off the job, who claimed they were the person named on the ID, and let them both go.

I like to read depending on the material I am reading. I became more interested in legal stuff once my brother became a lawyer. It's interesting to me to read the filings I can buy and download and see how the case plays out. Not just any or all cases, but cases that peak my interest. This matter, the Amazon thing, I felt cuckolded reading what I did that was shared from that reporter or journalists post, that she has the filings but won't share them. Ha. It's public record, baby. We will get it, if we want it.

Basically there’s some places in the world that don’t get hung up on birthdates. It’s not uncommon for someone not to even remember or know the date they were born. If they come here without proof of age then the government gives them a placeholder date of 1/01/xx.

It’s actually quite common and been done this way forever. There’s no conspiracy yet the low intellect crowd will insist there’s. I mean look at how many infectious disease experts there were on you-boob during Covid..my wife just now going through it for the first time.

Ahh I see now. I was curious how they ended up with those birth dates that all matched. I didn't understand that part of it but I suppose that does make sense. Have to have something to put in. Your wife is just now going through Covid for the first time? I am sorry to hear that and I hope she recovers well.

 

I got a judge and two lawyers in the family along with a MD wife..ain’t much to read but medical books at my house. Seems like everyone in my family has a masters degree or multiple degrees.
Guess that’s why I got feeling like a dope way back then. Me and my CDL certificate..at least I got it through a college hahaha

All that I hear in my house is medical instructional videos being played. Lol, one time she was listening to one about angina and listening to the Indian doctor speak it sounded like he was talking about #######, I got agitated with her and said something but we both laughed at my stupidity
