3rd day today it SUCKED. It was iced over this morning no calls for delay of class so we got up and down to lobby by 5:30 no shuttle bus waited around for an hour or so manager sent us back to our rooms siad she would call when the bus came. Around 11:30 or so got the call the shuttle was there took us in to class. We arrived and immediately were served lunch of smoked chicken, cole slaw, patato salad, and baked beans mmmmm Good. Watched hazmat video took a test. Went over log books and took tests. Watched short video on the smith system style of driving got some sandwiches and were taken home agian. Get to go back early in the morning. If yall have any questions about orentation just ask

 

Last day of orentation at the terminal went good went over the insurance stuff, 401k, and a few other small stuff. If you did not score a 75 or higher we had to go back out to the manuvers range and "pratice", it was nice and warm with the breeze blowing out of the north, yea right. After that we went back into the classroom and finished some more stuff up got sandwiches for supper and took some left over lunch pizza back to the hotel. We will get set up with our trainers tomorrow and get on the road yea whoo hoo. If you come to USA truck for orentation staying at the Howard Johnson is nice but not much to do around it no restaurants or stores, did find a convience store last night about a block away out of lobby to the left behind the beer store. If you come and stay at the Medows I have been told its not as bad as it looks from the outside, but there are a bunch of resturants and a Freds dept store and a Dollar General. Well we will see how the first days go in the truck with a trainer talk later.
