If you want to lease, they'll hire out of just about anywhere!!!! Most drvrs I talk to don't like this company but.... its ok as a starter. Just don't expect much from them and you won't be disappointed. Benefits are ok but no extras here like bonus's. If your new and really want some good training, look at another company. They have a few good trainers here but are few and far between. I try to help out when I can but some things just leave me shaking my head, like a brand new drvr, got talked into leasing, and didn't even know how to turn a reefer off.

That is not the truth my friend. They hire out of FL when the time is right. Look at Central Refridgerated.

What sort of truck could a new driver "expect" to get when they go solo?

At this moment, you can expect to get a T660 with a cat in it. Auto, of course. In a couple of more years, all the 660's will be phased out, from what I've heard, and they will be an all T 700 fleet. Pls don't hold me to that tho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
