Dude, looking for reasons to explain why you're fat isn't doing anyone any good.
I shall have a very large portion of the Chinese buffet when I get home tomorrow. And feel good for doing so.
On the other hand, if you have weight issues, eat less of everything and exercise more. I'm lucky, I don't have weight issues. Not because I'm better, smarter, or faster, but because that's the way God hooked me up.
