Nope they do not.My dispatcher keeps telling me to stick it out it'll get better.Think he thinks im doing a good job.
xlsdraw Thanks this. -
You don't like the pay, and as I stated days ago, negotiate a new pay package, continue to complain, hate your job, or quit are your options...
But your current arguments will get you laughed out of a negotiate for a different pay.
I would have investigated better than you did, as to what the pay structure was, what miles I get paid for, how much free time is given to shippers and receivers before I get detention and made an informed decision... just like I did when I went local 2 years ago. And how did I find out that information, by taking the time to talk with drivers from the companies I was considering, who where doing the same work I wanted. So I would have known before I started that some of the drivers were getting paid $12.50 per hour, and I would be getting paid by the mile, with no detention pay and I would have never went to work for them.
Go to the source you say, and you also say the dispatcher is doing it for you....good luck, as your arguments only benefits you, and provides NO benefit to the comapny.
xlsdraw, also had problems, at the beginning, so he got his ducks in a row, talked with the terminal manager about how he could be more productive, which benefits both him and the company, and his miles, and pay increased. -
GWIZ2260 Thanks this.

I read the worst of the worst on the bad company forum which makes me ask this question.Does Heyl send you drivers a breakdown sheet of your pay?I haven't got mine and I would like to see exactly what im making per load. How about payroll,is it against their policy to disclose pay to the drivers that ask what it is when u couldn't get to it on your comdata card?

You bet your sweet ### I wouldn't be complaining about the pay at 20 an hr even 12.00 an hr id be ok with that.
