Tho we hope your avoiding the companies of where you go with a bad driving record. IE Swift, Werner, Western Express.
I recommend either Stevens or Schneider

 

Swift won't necessarily take people with a bad driving record. A couple were sent home for that exact reason when I was in Phoenix 5 years ago. Swift is not the Devil everyone ( that has never worked for them), makes them out to be. There are many other Megas that I would avoid long before Swift. IF you plan on sticking it out in this industry, you need to get a year or two somewhere! 99% of it is on the individual.....not the company imho.

 

Meh, what do I know. I only have 7 months driven on paper dating back to 2008
