There are a few running around, enough commercial in the valley and large scale residential in Big Sky. Biggest market that I see is moving 20T-22T 160 sized machines around. Lots of those working residential jobs; many guys (including me) are moving them (and smaller) with dump trucks, tri-axle trailers and permits. With the right outfit and enough $$ for permits, you can move a bigger one on a one-time per move basis. Lots of spots there's no room to get a DGN or stepdeck in, or the road is blind, nowhere to turn so have to back clear out, and that can be a considerable distance. Many new builds have roads that don't favor lowboys, frames get hung up.
I'm not much help on interstate work, all my world is pretty much in a 3 county area here.
