Hi Load Hits Bridge In Michigan

There was a traffic light on my way to the terminal with one of those "Signal Being Evaluated For Removal" signs.

The Memorial Day tornado finished the evaluation, and removed it........

 

That's good.....maybe the city will get a discount on the renovation lol

 

That bridge is pretty much had it. I hate to say this but it is good someone got it down before it came down.

 

"Did you hear somethin'?

 

Now the highway department doesn't have to worry about where the money to replace it is coming from.

 

This trucker actually saved Michigan taxpayers money by knocking this pedestrian bridge ahead of schedule.

How, you ask?

Two reasons.

1) Demolition costs will be more two or three years from now.

2) Detroit's mayor won't have any time to give the demolition project contract to one of his cronies.
