I am thinking you may have some knowledge in business. Yet, Adam has been there not because of profit but because there is nobody else to run it. Again they have a bus company that carries the trucker end. I can see you have been a driver a short time. Hicks will never get big, always be small and never turn a profit because you can not be successful hurting other people or belittling them. I have been a manager and a driver so I know first hand. They have a drop out rate higher then their hiring rate that says it all. With all the cowboys out there good drivers are far and inbetween. Trucking companies are putting drivers on the road in 2 short weeks through there schools. It will change as the DOT laws get tougher. It will weed the cowboys out. Until then we must let others know about these BAD trucking companies. We are more then a # with out us, they would not exsist. BE SAFE!

 

Great news for Hicks Trucking. Adam has been moved to sales and now drivers can deal with some really great dispatchers. You have two guys there now that will not treat you like crap and they do know what their doing. Hopefully this will keep a few Hicks drivers around. Remember the pay is not the greatest. 34 cents no matter how long you have been driving. Trucks and trailers are old. You will be paid every two weeks so plan ahead. It does have it's down side. They say their family but no one in my family ever treated me this way, but hey what do I know I am a truck driver!! GOOD LUCK TO HICKS! ps they do lie on your dax report. Mine is getting corrected as we speak. Sorry Mike, only did what you told me to do!! Thanks for that text message though, it helped clear the unjust that you did to me. No hard feelings!!!
