Thanks for the input on this everyone. My doc does do 'industrial medicine' and is DOT certified/qualified, but yea, I figured the companies would do it again with their own MD. I'm considering a driver mill in Fontana and I should be good, but if something happens and I do get the axe, it's only a 40 minute drive home.
