3508? I have no idea of the weight in a on road configuration, but on a marine it tipped the scale at 17,000 lbs, that was including the transmission. and it was about the size of a Dodge Ram van.
High power show truck, which motor would you choose?

No question.
3408 cat. Nicest sounding engine there ever was. Put air to air on it, open the pump and put a more modern turbo on it and ride.Oxbow, spsauerland, SAR and 1 other person Thank this. -
3408 my favorite sounding engine, worked on a boat with one 500 hp, put a load of 250 lobster traps and scoot at 17 18 knots and pass the same model boats with 650 hp 1271 twin turbos with 200 traps at around 9 knots per hour, I was very young and that early in my life fell in love with that engine, the 1271 boats were about 3 to 4 Knots faster empty, they also burned more fuel and of course were ten times louder.

I know its sounds odd, but I'd like to put a E9 mack in something with a long hood. Just to be different.
