High Turnover on new drivers?

There isn't much loyalty on either side these days. While turnover is high, it is still lower than some other industries. It is still a good way to earn an above average income. Like any other profession, it has it's pro's and con's. For me the pro's outweigh the con's. No career will be perfect and there are always things that you don't like about any company. The key is finding the right company that works best for you.
