My 2016 DD15 10-speed manual has over 1,000,000 and runs like a champ. Oil samples come back excellent.

I started driving it with roughly 380k miles.

    lifetime mpg 7.7
    Engine idle time 6500 hours
    APU run time 15,000 hrs
Rotella T-6 at 20k miles most of the time
    Air filters at 50k
    Overheads every 200k
Truck rarely sees speeds over 62mph

My plan is to never sell it. I will be replacing it as my primary by the end of the year

Last level 1 the DOT officer shook my hand.

LOL hey, if that's your thing.... Then go for it. I personally love the cascadia 125 and mine is a GHG17 2016. Had it for 4 years. Great fan of the brand. If I had another truck it would be a classic XL with a 72' bunk. That's pretty much the best truck ever. 3rd choice would be an FLC cabover... ..

That's very nice to know! You run way harder than I do. I am at 770k miles. 2016,GHG17, DD13 (13 speed). Started driving it at 450k miles.

    -always use the parksmart
-Valvoline premium blue 10w30 full synthetic
-overhead done every year since 600k miles
-used to do 64mph at 1400rpm (3.55 gear ratio ) but been driving at 60mph and loving the difference in fuel economy.

    20200 +/- engine hours / 3015 engine idle hours.

I also do coolant and oil analysis. Is there any way we can compare the results (blurring out private info of course)?

Also, have you read about the valve recession situation with these DD heads as they age? What's your take on that? Has anyone gotten their Cascadia OneBox past a million miles?

10-4 on the inspection! I have a lot of respect for drivers that take pride in their rig!
