Highest paying LTL trucking company

I would be too if I could find a spot that hires permanent.

 

How Do I get on to work my way towards feeder??? Like which department, Etc. Also are there different Ups? Which is the good one??? Sorry for all the questions lol.

Every terminal is different. At some, the only feeders are former package car drivers who came up through the company. At others, they will let you work "seasonal" during peak with the chance to get hired for permanent. Very rarely (like right now in Chicago), they will open the doors to the public for permanent positions right off the street.

 

F both of those scenarios.

If you got 2 years and near a metro area more than likely their hiring. I work at a smaller terminal with a lengthy on call board. Just by luck and timing i got in and didnt have to work more than one seasonal period.
