When in doubt and safe to do so STOP. Take a deep breath. Get your focus back.THINK, LOOK and LISTEN. Breathe naturally, keep hydrated. Then go show em how its done.

    On one of my offsets I said to the trainer after that it was not pretty but it was in the box. He said read my lips. If it's in the box it's pretty.

    So we did some grilling today. One of the guys brought burgers, another sausage, and another ribs. This is what I brought. But the NY strip was all mine.
