    Hmmm finish trainer the more I think about it that’s not a bad idea. Everyone has a different focus so getting signed off by 2 trainers before going solo probably ups the success rate.

    Agreed, A company I used to drive for did it that way, the trainee had to go out with a finish trainer for one or two weeks.
