Hire Right says they have no information for me. How come?

if there is no data it simply means there have been no reports made to them. I do find it a bit strange there are no DMV reports unless the OP has no CDL. HireRight can be a strange thing sometimes.

 

MVR reports come from the state through hireright each time one is ordered.

 

When you (a driver) makes a request to them, you'll receive past employment/D&A that has been reported to them. The MVR is not part of your past employment.
When a carrier orders a report they check off which reports they want.
CDL employment
Other employment
D&A
MVR
Ect.
Hirerite storing a MVR file would be worthless. It would only be accurate up to the date is was ordered from the state. It's not like they order a new one every day for every driver in their database.

 

I've been at this for 20 yrs and no info on my DAC either. So far, so good.
