I am in the process of looking for a better job at the moment. I notice at the bottom of your ad that you say you will contact drivers on an as needed basis. I want to know why its so hard for a recruiter/ HR person to respond to an applicant and say " we got your application we will be in touch, then respond in a TIMELY fashion and say yes we are interested or thanks but no thanks". Do you know how frustrating it is to take the time to draught a response to an ad then hear nothing ,at all, for a long time , then they contact you and say " we want to see you" then they get pissed cos I cant come in that day cos i have other things i am doing.....like applying for other jobs! not hanging #### on you personally, just want know it from a recruiter/HR!

So its a flat bedder? 50 lbs and you're chaining down equipment? Can you give an idea of the bonus programs?

kwloo: Thanks for your response! I believe it is a flatbed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to assist with the pick-up, hauling, and delivery of heavy equipment.
The bonus are on a quarterly basis and depend solely on branch profits. One quarter they can hit it while others they may not.
