It’s weird, the two companies I’ve driven for that have long term drivers don’t seem to need gimmicks to get the drivers to stay. Seems like a pretty simple formula of having good equipment, getting treated like a human being, and being compensated well. I doubt throwing a paint job on a Cascadia and having them pull for Prime would attract drivers other than the ones already driving for Prime. If people want to work for a mega they will already be there and you’re just adding another layer to the headache.
