    I agree, companies need to realize all drivers are different and some aren't a fit for the company. It would help alot with turnover. find your special criteria and hire for those drivers.

    Maybe a guaranteed minimum salary? We all know that there can be a significant amount of waiting time at shippers and receivers, especially when you drive for a small company and don't have the luxury of drop and hook. That waiting time adds up quickly to a lot of lost driving time. Maybe a guaranteed minimum salary would help ease the pain.

    I assume this means that you hire out of Washington State? Where are your trucks domiciled? Do you have a website?
