Hirschbach Motorlines/Liars,cheats and thieves!

You would be wise to avoid going to work for Hirschbach Motorlines.They
dont reimburse tolls,wont get you home for time off when you request it,
and will take fines out of your paycheck for log violations.They expect you
to run illegaly on your log books and thier biggest customers "Tyson " and
"Americold" have a habit of loading freight that makes it overweight and you will frequently have to have it reloaded.Their business is to lease trucks to ignorant drivers that dont know any better and get the company
drivers to haul the crap loads the lease drivers wont haul.I am sure they have some satisfied drivers but i did not meet to many when i worked for
them.On a scale of "1 to 10" I give them a "2",know what i mean...

This is one of the worst companies i ever drove for.If you noticed i
dont provide any personal information about myself on this website
because i know that trucking companies read the stuff that gets
posted here and they will try to screw you when you go try to get
another job.I provided this information so that other truck drivers that
are looking for a job wont waste their time on this low life company.If
you want drive for them go for it.

 

This company did not pay a fine to anyone for me.I have been through
plenty of DOT inspections in my driving carrier but i was never given a
inspection while i was employed by Hirschbach.If your logs dont match
the "People Net" the saftey department will fine you $150.00 for every
violation.This is the only company i ever heard of that does this but of
coure they dont tell you they do this until after you are hired by them.
They did not pay any comcheck or give me any advance to cover any
fines this is a type of punishment devised by the saftey department.If
you dont believe me call the safety dept,at 800-228-8607 EXT#2267
and ask Their safety director.
