I'm not even sure what that means. You may want to edit your post so it's more readable.

I see a couple of other post about Hirschbach on here
recently.I noticed nobody had anything positive to say
about this POS company, that dosent suprise me at all.
Maybe this company use to be good a few years ago
but it isnt any more.I only worked for them for 2 months
before I quit.In that short time they cheated me out of
over $500.They didnt reimberse tolls, the log department
hit me for a $150 logbook fine and they charged me $52
for load locks that i left on the truck when I turned it in.
The miles where lousy the dispatchers where rude and
arrogant. The terminal in East Dubuque IL.was a dump
and the equipment was constantly breaking down.If you
have a half decent driving record avoid this company. It
looked to me like they would hire just about any warm
body that walked in the door.I would never have went to
work for these bottom feeders except the recruiter made
it sound like a great company to drive for.ITS NOT!

150 for a logbook fine? How does that work, you make a form and manner error on your logs and you pay the company 150 bucks?

Im not sure how they decide your logbook error is worth a
$150 fine.I didnt even know they stole it from me till after
    I got my last paycheck.Just said $150 logbook fine.They
also stole $52 for load locks that i left on the truck when
    I turned it in and quit.Like I said a real POS company.Im
waiting to get my W-2 from these creeps in January and
then contact the Department of Labor and see what they
    have to say about it.

Did you ever question what the Log Book Violation was? That seems a bit steep. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it didn't happen, just that if this happened to me I'd be questioning it ASAP.

I got hit with the fine after I was no longer driving for
them.I think once I quit and they knew I was not about
to come back they look for any reason they can find to
deduct some money out of your last paycheck.I plan on
pursuing this matter after i get my W-2 in January.Even
if I did have a logbook violation that does not give them
the right to deduct any money from my pay because of
it.I am not going after this company over the money,Its
because the people that own this company are so dam
arrogant to think they can get away wiyh this type of
action.Besides driving around in a truck year after year
gets boring and this gives me something to keep up my
spirits.I assure you I am not the first driver they have
done this to but they picked the wrong man to rip off.
I cant say any more about it now because this is a legal
issue and may very likely end up going to court.

Feel lucky! The way I figure it, they owe me $2800.

I turned the truck in spotless. The whole truck professionally cleaned, carpet shampooed and vacuumed. It looked like the day I got it, yet they kept my $1000 pet security deposit for two little dogs.

The bozo that is responsible for taxes and benefits works out of another company office in MN. She handles all Grojean's business adventures. Anyways, I discovered after I moved back to TN in 2008, she continued to withhold IL state tax out on me. I had my change of address turned in promptly. Pay stubs, 401K, health insurance all come to TN like they were suppose to. Yet she continued to withhold IL state tax to the tune of $1800. I worked there 3 years. I gave up after about 50 phone calls. She refuses to answer the phone or return calls. The same lady lied to me about my disabilty and deliberately delayed my claim 2 months. They even changed insurance companies and didn't even bother to tell anyone.

IL says I need a letter from the very same lady and they'll refund my money. To this day, the ***** won't give me one because she's a crab and lazy as heck. So I guess I donated $1800 to IL

    They need to fire her.

So whats the latest on Hirschbach anyone? I am still waiting to get a W-2 from last
year when i worked for them.I thought a company was suppose to mail your w-2 by
January 31st. I called and asked why i didnt get one yet and was told they where
just mailed 5 days ago! I wonder why i dont see any recent threads about this POS
company, this is definietly a bottom feeder company.
