There's a third party that mails them out on the 31st. I think the 1 out of 3 I did get, it come with the pay stub.
God forbid if you moved.It takes an act of congress to get the lady in human resources to do anything.
Roadmedic, I filled out the non-resident and they tax you just like a resident. I ended up owing them like $7, so I didn't even bother. I should of got all the money returned because it was wrongfully withheld.
IL responded to me. They said if I got human resourses to send a letter, they would give me the money back. I'm not holding my breath! -

Living in Another State and Working in Illinois If you are an Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, or Wisconsin resident who works in Illinois you are not subject to Illinois income tax on wages, salaries, tips or commissions received from employers in Illinois.
You are only required to pay taxes in your home state. -
I lived in TN Meltom. It's just the bordering states that commute to work that are exempt. They never considered a non-resident truck driver. My case is strange because of the circumstances.
It's like me holding GA taxes out on you. You really don't fall under anything other than the witholding being corrected. -

I liked it alot until HML moved and my favorite dispatcher left and I got a new one that was less than desireable the last year. I can only speak of 2010 and before. They might of changed some hands. It's what you make of it. But a good dispatcher sure makes a difference.
Do you have any meat hauling experience? You run different than everybody else and many late hours. EOBR's, they are just starting and they ain't use to that. They are in intervention and they have no choice but to play right.
