It might be about 5 days ago now (business days). So probably not in the mail until Monday, I would think you'll be seeing it soon.

There's a third party that mails them out on the 31st. I think the 1 out of 3 I did get, it come with the pay stub.

God forbid if you moved. :biggrin_2559: It takes an act of congress to get the lady in human resources to do anything.

Roadmedic, I filled out the non-resident and they tax you just like a resident. I ended up owing them like $7, so I didn't even bother. I should of got all the money returned because it was wrongfully withheld.

IL responded to me. They said if I got human resourses to send a letter, they would give me the money back. I'm not holding my breath!

    something like this right?

Living in Another State and Working in Illinois If you are an Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, or Wisconsin resident who works in Illinois you are not subject to Illinois income tax on wages, salaries, tips or commissions received from employers in Illinois.
You are only required to pay taxes in your home state.

I lived in TN Meltom. It's just the bordering states that commute to work that are exempt. They never considered a non-resident truck driver. My case is strange because of the circumstances.

It's like me holding GA taxes out on you. You really don't fall under anything other than the witholding being corrected.

So your address was wrong in the system or whatever and they pulled your taxes for IL instead of TN. That's messed up. All they did to me was spell my name wrong for 3 months, oh and not update my address, but the state is still the same so grand scheme of things it's not messing with me too bad.

This company call me yesterday and told me they will give me a 3000 dollar sign on bonus. I told them I will think about it.

True, but will you believe it happens at other companies as well?

Waller held Missouri for all drivers when a tax client worked there.

Go for it. What's it take 6 months to get it? 5 years, I wouldn't take less than 37cpm. Run the midwest/south triangle. Don't run the northeast unless you like dodging tolls.

I liked it alot until HML moved and my favorite dispatcher left and I got a new one that was less than desireable the last year. I can only speak of 2010 and before. They might of changed some hands. It's what you make of it. But a good dispatcher sure makes a difference.

Do you have any meat hauling experience? You run different than everybody else and many late hours. EOBR's, they are just starting and they ain't use to that. They are in intervention and they have no choice but to play right.
