    Hi Meltom, you are correct when you said that Hirschbach is implementing positive changes. My husband and I just start with them, and we have nothing but great things to say about them. My husband has been driving for over 9 yrs, and I have been driving for 2 yrs. We just left a company that was screwing with their lease operators. We are leasing through Hirschbach, and so far have done great thus far. They took very good care of us when we were in orientation. Implementing changes do take a while, its like a baby taking its first steps. But I do believe that this company can and will be one of the best out there, it just takes time. I really appreciate your posts and hope to talk to you soon.

    So you decided to join this website this month and you say you
    drive for Hirschbach and have been with them a few weeks?You
    claim your doing great but you dont give any kind of information
    about whats so great.How do you know what changes this company
    has implemented from its previous way of doing business if you have
    only been with them a few weeks? You sound like a recruiter or some
    body that works in the office to me.My experience driving for this POS
    company still pisses me off every time I think about it.Absolutley the
    worst company I ever drove a truck for and I have been driving a truck
    since 1995.I guarantee anybody who goes to work for Hirschbach as a
    company or as a lease driver will get screwed big time....

    Everyone has their own experience with a company. From what I read, they're comparing what they have experienced at HML against their previous company. As for the changes, if they started a few weeks ago I'm sure they were able to see some of the changes first hand. A few weeks ago orientation was held at the motel due to construction, last week it was at the abandoned RV dealership across the vacant parking lot. Those kinds of change are self-evident, add to that my posts, and discussing the changes during orientation and it all starts to make sense. I'm sorry your experience was less than you wanted it to, HML is not for everyone and there are areas we can improve on, but we're starting to head in the right direction.

    People like me are the reason this industry is the way it is?
    The reason this industry is the way it is started long before
    I ever got in this business.Im the one with a problem because
    I dont like being lied to by some recruiter who makes a living
    misrepresenting the company she recruits for? I should be
    content to work for a company that steals the money that I
    earned driving their freight for them.You do know a little bit
    about the trucking industry but blaming me for what this
    industry has become is pathetic.You have quite a massive
    ego,Is that why you post so often on this website to prove
    your superiority to a bunch of ignorant truck drivers?
