    But if a leveling valve is stuck in the inflate position it will keep pulling air, and you’ll hear that escaping through the dash.

    Do you work for a small business or a publically traded corporation? If a small biz likely the human running it would level with you. If a publically held corporation the officer's hands are tied, you are dealing with a representative and his actions are likely dictated by policy or what have you. I would consider this in how you react.

    I always heard NY bridges were posted 12” below actual height. The reason being to accommodate a foot of snow.

    I doubt there is an NYC driver who hasn't hit something somewhere so welcome to the club. It's a tough place to operate safely and some have no idea what you deal with there in Brooklyn and Queens. If it only happened once don't worry about it but I'd maybe consider moving on if possible.

    Suggest to safety guy company should quit being a bunch of cheap ##ses and buy a 13'0" or 12'6" trailer if they don't want the driver's wrecking them in Coney Island.

    I would say on avg from our center alone we have 1 trailer a week top by new drivers that are force to nyc with no experience and no help.

    Running that neighborhood in Brooklyn and not getting 12'6" units, they must just enjoy having trailers damaged.
