I've seen some long tankers up here in the NW, where you can license 105,500 lbs. Quad axle, kinda small diameter tank and ribbed like an acid tanker. I don't know if they are 53' but if not they're close. Anyone have more info?

W.W. Has a big flour contract out here. When I worked for US Foods we delivered Conagra flour which W.W. has a contract with. Most restaurants here in Denver use ConAgra flour. My buddy did the same kind of work for Bulkmatic here in Denver made 70k-80k and was home almost daily. Bulkmatic had the ConAgra contract and was big had a lot of trucks and employees. Then they lost it to W.W. and that was the beginning of the end for Bulkmatic in Denver. They eventually closed down and are no longer in Denver. Please keep us updated as I’ve hardly hear or talk to W.W. Drivers. Might be a place I might want to look into if I get tired of throwing groceries. Good luck on this new adventure.

That's why he told me I wouldn't make 90K. This is OTR. I'm presuming he has had applicants that won't do it under 90k? I'm looking at somewhere in the 70's. That's going hard. Little to no home time, OTR.
Most of the reviews I see on indeed and elsewhere. They are for day drivers. Not real good. It appears unstable? Don't know about Denver? Others listed. I have to admit. That is why I wouldn't go to work for TriMac here locally. Unstable.... They're always hiring.
With my job. I'm sure it's stable. Almost no OTR's bother to post reviews. Or maybe that OTR's don't leave disgruntled?
I can't complain. I'm just starting out. At this pay?
Heck.... a very good reefer lease operator will bring home maybe in the 90's. Many lease, make much less. Less than I'm going to make.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -

I'm guessing that is one thing OTR drivers are not; miserable.
I'm not thinking I will be. Just the opposite.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
As for pay, many tanker jobs do pay per mile indeed but it doesn't even matter.Per mile, per load, percentage, per hour it all can be converted back and forth and it all evens out. My understanding is that you just starting and as of now I drove more miles backward than you did forward. Whatever dude. You have zero experience and Colorado is not exactly trucking hub yet you are acting as if you were the only driver available in the whole state.LOL you even know that you will make more than many reefer lease operators because some guy told you something.I can tell you right now that he "forgot" to tell you many other things. You are too funny.Good luck with your "jackpot" job-)WannaGoTrucks2016, Dumdriver and tucker Thank this. -
