If you do it just right, that hammer bounces back and hits you right between the eyes, if all 18 tires bounced back with enough force you are dully ready for a 7 hour drive.

they go to loves and get them set at the psi when tire is hot. wake up and the tire is 65psi. call road service for a wiper blade.
I use a standard tire thumper. It's really a small bat. No music it's flat. I remember one in particular that went flat and pretended it was not. The truck started pulling RPM's doing more work on the same load weight. I got suspicious and did a thump around. Bingo.
