HLS falsely represented thier selves. I should've guessed when I first saw the truck with signs on the doors that looked like a 3 year old scribbled on them. But now I'm sure of it! They led me to believe I'd be a regional driver,at 2500 miles per week, but what it is, is a local delivery/shuttle driver job with runs no longer than 60 miles paying $45 round trip. In 3 days I was fortunate to get 5 loads, and lo and behold there's nothing for this morning with a maybe this afternoon. Then you don't know who you're really working for either. I thought it was HLS, then I'm being dispatched by Jet Corr, then the application they had me fill out AFTER driving for 2 days, says I applied to Rite Way? I guess I'll find out when I get my first and only paycheck. I asked my dispatcher several times to clear up a few things for me, (27) email correspondings) to which he never gave me a straight answer to even the simplest of questions. Then he would tell me not to worry about it, this is my "training" period. Why do I need it, I'm a professional truck driver who already paid my dues in this industry. I have a clean MVR, hold multiple safety awards, and just who is suppose to be training me? I've never seen anyone in that capacity. DON'T DO IT is my advice to any one out there who is thinking about this company. Drivers BEWARE !![]()
